Big compound movements, coached technically and using varying tempos. Build a strong base with the fundamentals; squat, push, pull, hinge, press, lunge and carry.
Tues 6pm

Micro pulses, plies and deceptively light weights will enhance body alignment, balance and core engagement. You may not be dripping in sweat but you’ll certainly feel the burn.

hiit
High intensity interval training. Short, sharp and fast paced to get your heart rate through the roof.
