    Best gym ever with great community of like-minded people! The environment is not intimidating at all and everyone is very friendly and respectful. There is a slot booking system that works well and ensures it’s not too crowded at any time and you will have the equipment you need. Memberships include at least one PT session per month which is perfect to keep track of your progress and adjust your workouts accordingly. My coach is incredible! He is enthusiastic and always keen to help as a PT. He always keeps me motivated, even during the periods I struggle physically or mentally. He is also a Hyrox trainer, who got me involved with the sport and convinced me to participate in the race, so his Hyrox classes here are my favourite part of the week. I couldn’t be happier with the gym or PT! Highly recommended!

    A wonderful and welcoming boutique gym! I’ve been a member since Sept 23 and have always felt comfortable working out with the friendly trainers and members in this lovely space.

    The booking system ensures the gym is never too crowded and I really enjoy the yoga classes too.

    My trainer has been great - she challenges me and has kept me on track for my pre-wedding plan with her friendly approach.

    I highly recommend her and the team at Fitness Space.

    Fitness Space Surrey Quays is definitely the best gym I have ever been!

    It has an interesting concept, which includes clean and organized space, state-of-the-art machines, and personalized program in a very friendly atmosphere.

    These all together help me feel motivated to achieve my goals and never give up.

    I chose the Forge Membership and in four months I got results that would take a longer time to get in regular trainings with no personalised assistance.

    I do recommend this gym for people who want permanent results, supportive instructors and a very relaxed atmosphere.

    I have attended a number of gyms however have always found myself leaving after a few months. Fitness Space however has been a different experience, providing an unintimidating space to workout and because of this I have been attending for just over a year.

    My membership provides me with a PT once a week and access to a range of group classes.

    They have a booking system so that you can have access to the equipment you need whilst ensuring that the gym space is not over crowded.

    PT's are approachable and always happy to give you tips about training and nutrition.

    My coach is great - motivating without being overbearing, and is happy to answer any queries or questions you have around your program.

    The involvement of a personal trainer for all attendees makes a huge difference, and my coach has been so supportive and helpful.

    I've been a member of this gym for 2 and a half years and it's the best gym I've been to! The booking system means you can always use the equipment you want and it's not too busy which is a huge plus.

    My membership also includes a session with one of the personal trainers which is great for your training; providing expert advice on any areas I have wanted to focus on including stretching and how to avoid injuries. Thanks for all the help !

    Overall a great gym and worth checking out if you live locally.

    The booking system is fantastic and means the gym is never overcrowded, even at peak times.

    The PT sessions have been especially brilliant - the workout plan my coach has designed has been set out with my personal goals in mind and it's been an absolute game changer.

    The gym is always super clean and tidy and is very well kept.

    Cannot rate this gym highly enough!

    It has a friendly and supporting atmosphere, new high-end equipment including multiple squat racks, and it’s always very clean and tidy. It’s not huge but the booking system makes sure it’s never overcrowded and you don’t need to wait for any equipment.

    It also has a great selection of classes from yoga to boxing, which I highly recommend!

    And most importantly, the gym has excellent personal trainers. I’ve been lucky to work with two coaches, both are so friendly, knowledgeable, encouraging and patient!

    I’ve been training here regularly for nearly 3 years, and in all that time the staff have been incredibly helpful, the equipment has always been spotless, and the booking system ensures that the gym is never crowded. Their PT programme has also supported me in meeting my goals, and my personal trainer has been brilliant in helping me continuously add more complex movements into my regular workouts to ensure that I’m never bored. Would highly recommend this to anyone in the area, and especially for those either starting or resuming their fitness regimes.

what will my first session look like?

Arrival & Meet your coach

After checking-in at the front desk, you’ll get yourself ready in the changing area if needed, and then get yourself to the gym floor where you will meet your dedicated coach. We will be here to make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have.

body composition analysis

You will step onto our Tanita body composition analysis machine. this measures over 30 metrics such as; body fat %, muscle mass, visceral fat levels and metabolic age. This data provides us with a quantifiable baseline for your current fitness and a means to track your progress month-by-month.

goal setting & movement screen

After discussing your training background & any injuries, we will use the Body Comp data to discuss your goals & which metrics we will track. From here, your coach will take you through a basic warm-up & movement screening to look for any dysfunctions & understand how you move.

DESIGNING YOUR BESPOKE PROGRAMME

Based upon all of the above, we will take you through your bespoke programme & make sure you understand how to access this via our app. Your programme will be set at a level that’s appropriate to you & with exercises that are optimal for achieving your goals.
