We don’t believe in trapping anyone into long initial-term contracts, so ours is only 3 months - long enough for you to start seeing results.

what will my first session look like?
Arrival & Meet your coach

After checking-in at the front desk, you’ll get yourself ready in the changing area if needed, and then get yourself to the gym floor where you will meet your dedicated coach. We will be here to make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have.

body composition analysis
You will step onto our Tanita body composition analysis machine. this measures over 30 metrics such as; body fat %, muscle mass, visceral fat levels and metabolic age. This data provides us with a quantifiable baseline for your current fitness and a means to track your progress month-by-month.

goal setting & movement screen
After discussing your training background & any injuries, we will use the Body Comp data to discuss your goals & which metrics we will track. From here, your coach will take you through a basic warm-up & movement screening to look for any dysfunctions & understand how you move.

DESIGNING YOUR BESPOKE PROGRAMME
Based upon all of the above, we will take you through your bespoke programme & make sure you understand how to access this via our app. Your programme will be set at a level that’s appropriate to you & with exercises that are optimal for achieving your goals.
