Our small group (6-8 per class) classes range from intense HYROX sessions to calming Yoga classes. Experience our attention-to-detail, combined with the buzz of group workouts - no matter your fitness level or goal.

Our Tanita Body Composition Analysis provides us with over 50 metrics to track your progress. From Body Fat % to Metabolic Age, Muscle Mass to Visceral Fat Level, we focus on improving the metrics that align most with your goals.

In your first session your Fitness Coach will provide you with a brand-new & bespoke training programme based upon your experience level, background & goals. This will then be uploaded to your Fitness Space app. Your coach will then be review your programme & update it every 4-6 weeks based upon your progress.
As part of membership, we will send you our customised monthly members’ recipe book. This contains healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert ideas (including your macros; protein, carb & fat content). These help to inspire healthier eating & make sure you’re hitting the nutritional targets we have discussed.

Our Fitness Space app hosts your bespoke training programme, lets you effortlessly book classes and free-training sessions, track your progress, log your workouts and connect with your coach — all from your phone. Stay organised and motivated as you reach your fitness goals with greater ease.
Members enjoy the flexibility of free-training at any time, whether it’s for strength-training or a cardio session, allowing you to work-out on your own schedule. These slots are bookable (up to 7 days in advance) & capped to ensure that the gym is never too busy & you can use the equipment you wish to use!
